During the 2023 Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, Drips used conversational outreach to contact millions of healthcare shoppers. In the process, we learned a lot about where, when, and how this audience decides to engage.
2023 AEP Outreach Summary
- Drips reached out to over 6,000,000 Medicare and ACA healthcare shoppers on behalf of some of the
largest U.S. health insurance brokers. - We reached out to shoppers eligible for 2023 plan changes during AEP. We collected data from October 14
to December 7, 2022. - All 50 states were represented.
- Drips used conversational outreach to drive these consumers to calls with licensed agents.
