This is completely an IT preference what employers seek. It begins with an assessment of the flexibility for employees in terms of device preference and location. The VMware report gives an understanding about employee preference as experience it states that 95 percent of IT providers say that giving employees all the digital solutions has improved their overall performance, while 42 percent of HR and other employees believe that they don’t have the required digital tools necessary for their jobs. It also indicates the rising wide perception and communication gap between the IT and the rest of the organizations. The report also recently suggested that 84 percent of respondents are putting the lack of understanding from the employee’s side as one of the major challenges that will improve the digitalization and employee experience.

2. Improving employee experience as a team sport

To make the employee experience positive in the environment can only be achieved with team effort. It needs attention from all the required channels, including the employees involved and all the teams that even work remotely.
