To help businesses operate smoothly amid the COVID-19 scenes, Adams Keegan, a national HR, payroll, and benefits provider, has initiated the launch of two new software that will support government stimulus programs.

Via its patented HRIS, Efficenter(R), Adams Keegan’s SBA CARES Data Report provides its customers a complete view of the qualified payroll costs over the past 12 months for any date period. As part of the Paycheck Security Plan (PPP), this simplifies and speeds up the process for working with the SBA lenders.

Though the tool works on general understanding and interpretation of the statutes, some changes might take place with the latest information as further SBA guidelines emerge.

“All of us at Adams Keegan are concerned about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on individuals, families, businesses and the overall economy,” said Jay Keegan, President and CEO of Adams Keegan. “However, I am very pleased with our team’s unprecedented speed of development to release these critical tools to our clients, so they may support their employees in the best possible manner and plan for the long-term future of their businesses.”

Adams Keegan has also developed a tool to assist employers and employees with new emergency paid sick leave and enhanced FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) leave provisions, which allow additional leave owing to COVID-19-related absences. Efficenter allows employers to easily track paid leave and disclose it according to the stimulus criteria in its payroll submissions.
