Infosys and LANXESS partnership

Infosys will help LANXESS to digitize its IT Infrastructure and allow its international labor force to spread across 33 territories with a secure and technologically enhanced workplace. Being part of this renovation, Infosys will design a consumer-centric enlightened workshop with a globally standardized device/office place (for virtual and functional users). The design will be based on a Device as a Service (DaaS) construct, supported with NextGen integrated communication and cooperation programs.

The global personnel of LANXESS will be supported by a multi-lingual artificial intelligence (AI) powered service desk operational from India and Europe. Over the course of the partnership, Infosys will completely renovate LANXESS and will make it a future-ready end-user IT landscape. Thus, making sure that personnel at LANXESS experience internationally enhanced standardized workstations.
