Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has become an integral part of any enterprise that wants its business to be growth oriented. However, over the last few years, many small businesses that had started as a website recommending certain products/ services went ahead and started selling products/ services.  Integrating a CRM on a developed website introduces loads of complexity and investment to introduce the change. The idea is now being implemented by the Wix’s new suite of products called Ascend.

Recently Wix, the companies famously know for providing different tools to serve small businesses build websites recently launched a product suite. The company serves more than 110 million users in over 190 countries. The Wix-product suite will help the businesses to do marketing directly using their own website; around 20 new products were launched by the company.

The new suite will help the enterprises to manage their customer interaction, promote their websites, automate the queries, utilize the array of SEO tools and introduce different CRM capabilities.

Nitzan Achsaf, Wix’s VP and General Manager of Customer Experience recently said in a statement that we are not just focused on building websites; we want to make it into an effective business. The goal is to help the enterprises manage communication with potential leads and also understand how to convert those leads into customers. We want to package a complete solution for our customers.
