Known as the key account management app, PROLIFIQ CRUSH supports sales and customer success teams by delivering essential account intelligence that helps organizations drive more business.

Curated to operate in association with customers and partners responsible for driving product roadmap direction, usability enhancements are made available through CRUSH Cross-Sell, CRUSH SWOT Analysis, and CRUSH Influence Chart.


This app facilitates sales and customer success teams to make the most of their contacts across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Quip. With this app, users, in no time, can identify champions, flag blockers, earmark supporters, and develop valuable insights for better decision making.

To strengthen the effectiveness, the CRUSH Influence Chart has been added to PROLIFIQ RELATIONSHIP MAP. The terrific combination supports sales and customer teams to deal more effectively by viewing and managing their relationships with these two highly visual and complementary tools.

Additionally, other enhancements made to the apps include the ability to save settings for each map; the new overview feature can be used to scroll across large maps. It can also be used to show or hide parents on the organizational charts and more.


The digital content management player helps sales and customer success representatives to deal with marketing content that includes buyer journeys.

Another interesting fact about the ACE Content Adviser is that it embraces a new relevant content feature that suggests or proposes content, wherever necessary, while working in Salesforce Cloud or Salesforce Service Cloud.

Additionally, ACE Engage has been engineered to work with and report activity such as email sends, clicks, views with contact records along with security protections.
