Orca Security Ltd., a startup in cloud cybersecurity, announced that it has strengthened its partnership with Amazon Web Services Inc. by being among the first to integrate with Amazon Bedrock, the managed cloud service that allows developers to create and expand generative artificial intelligence applications on Amazon.

By offering turnkey remediations with automated code creation, the integration between Orca Security and Amazon Bedrock has been created to assist enterprises in significantly reducing their mean time to resolution, or MTTR. Using Amazon Bedrock, Orca functions as a security copilot, increasing the productivity of cloud security experts.

With Amazon Bedrock, the Orca Cloud Security Platform can now automatically provide remedial instructions for threats found in customer cloud settings. Security teams can utilize the service to copy and paste the code generated into their command line interface and IaC provisioning tools or follow console steps to catalyze their MTTR.

According to Orca, turnkey remediation reduces the expertise requirements for cloud security experts to respond swiftly, precisely, and decisively. Teams may significantly strengthen their cloud security posture and lower risk in their environment due to this integration. After integrating with ChatGPT and Azure OpenAI, Orca Security has now integrated with Amazon Bedrock, making it the third major AI engine.

Gil Geron, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Orca Security said, “By integrating generative AI in our platform, we have helped our customers significantly improve their productivity and cloud security postures. Our latest integration with Amazon Bedrock demonstrates the resolve in our commitment to utilizing technologies such as generative AI to deliver tangible business advantages to our customers.”

Currently, Orca supports more than 100 AWS services to offer security coverage for the AWS estates of its clients by identifying threats related to workloads, infrastructure, identities, and data. The AWS Marketplace offers the Orca Platform.
