ESG recently conducted a survey of 2,000 IT decision makers to understand if and to what extent the comprehensive technology transformations of companies to increased competitive advantages to lead. The focus of the study was on the progress of companies in providing modern digital end-user experiences, data-driven innovation and more flexible delivery of IT services. Company, that achieve the greatest progress in all 3 areas were categorized as Technology Accelerators. ESG provided states that these companies are their competitors who are lagging behind in these transformations (Technology Reactors), excel in many areas.
