In a recently commissioned survey, CISOs, CIOs, and SVPs of Security, IT, and Digital Data were asked about their data collection practices, policies, and concerns. The results show that most have adopted digital forms for data collection, yet the vast majority revealed several areas of concern. Respondents report a patchwork of data collection systems, uneven application of policies, and low levels of visibility, governance, and confidence in the data collection process
