Delta Capita, a division of Prytek known as a global provider of managed services with an out-of-the-box combination of experience and expertise in financial services and potential in groundbreaking technology, recently acquired International Compliance Partners (ICP).

The brand-new purchase drives Delta Capita to expand its customer reach in Benelux financial services and fast-track growth via development and progress in pioneering propositions with state-of-the-art technology.

Why ICP

International Compliance Partners is an expert in the genre of KYC/CDD, Risk & Compliance with 12 plus years of experience in compliance, consultancy, auditing, and learning and development from its own KYC Academy.

Based out of the Netherlands and Belgium, the expertise firm ICP operates with an incredible track record at financial institutions. Post-acquisition, the company will further aid Delta Capita in bringing Karbon (its KYC platform) to its clients as a part of Delta Capita’s Business Operating Platform-as-a-Service.

After acquiring USD 150 million investment capital from Prytek in March 2020, ICP is one of the series of acquisitions made by Delta Capita since then.

The recent acquisition enables the company to add to its expansion plans in Benelux financial services. It drives the growth element via several additional teams of expert and experienced analysts in the financial sector.

Additionally, ICP’s KYC academy powers Delta Capita to not just train and develop its own teams quickly and with high-quality standards, but it also collaborates to add to client’s teams to develop customizable learning programs.

Hierarchical changes post the acquisition

After the purchase, the senior management team of International Compliance Partners will perform a vital role in the Benelux KYC practice. ICP will be the primary point of contact for the existing clientele, and its clients can experience the same level of focus, dedication, professionalism, and service. Additionally, clients will benefit from Delta Capita’s tech offering, managed services in financial services, and international presence.

Experts’ take on the acquisition

Tom Kastelein, CEO of Delta Capita Benelux, stated, “Bringing the strong team of ICP on board within the Delta Capita family will scale our KYC and AML business to the next level with over 200 experts in KYC. Together with our technology investments, this transaction demonstrates our commitment and provides clients with a strong partner to achieve their compliance obligations.”

Commenting on the acquisition, Harm Groot Kormelink, Chief Development Officer of ICP, said: “We are excited to join the Delta Capita organization and be able to benefit from existing competencies, international position, and technology capabilities. We will be part of the senior management of the KYC practice knowing that our shared professional values are a success factor for growth and strong added value for our customers.”
