Project management software provider Monday.com Ltd. announced the release of monday dev, a new product offering that centralizes software development monitoring in one location to facilitate easier collaboration between developers, engineers, and administrators.

Monday.com offers a work operating system (Work OS), enabling businesses to start developing their work management and collaboration solutions immediately. Using standard workflow and communication tools helps them to facilitate project management among various employees and teams.

Product and dev teams will be able to work together more easily with the rest of the company and develop product roadmaps, sprints, release plans, customer feedback, backlogs, and more with monday dev integrated with Work OS. Organizations should be able to reinvest time and resources in product success.

A workflow management software called monday dev has roadmap planning capabilities that enable sprint planning, review setting for daily standup meetings, lifecycle management, and more. Every aspect of the plan, including the anticipated schedule as developers and project members address tickets, may be viewed as the project is finished.

Potential issues can be quickly identified using a burndown chart and an agile reporting system, and potential bottlenecks can be found by monitoring the sprint process. Members provide their work according to the estimated project timetable. Visualized timelines and project manager-customizable backends make this possible.

Additionally, development teams can incorporate their preferred developer repositories and tools, such as GitHub, GitLab for issue management, and Figma for embedding designs. More than 100 different integrations can be added to Monday.com to personalize and expand its functionality.

With more than 150 prebuilt, customizable recipes, monday dev leverages task automation to free developers and administrators from the monotony of recurring work. These recipes may handle anything from assignments and notifications to connections with applications like Slack or GitHub.

The monday dev bug-tracking dashboard enables users to efficiently report, track, and assign issues to the appropriate team to be resolved, ensuring that developers don’t skip a beat when moving forward with development and adding features.

All of this combines into a single overall project management plan that can be developed and altered using Work OS to fit any paradigm. For their development team to work more effectively together on software development and adhere to whatever plan they require, organizations can integrate monday dev into their current workflow.

A senior product manager at Monday.com, Ran Toueg, stated that monday dev would give product and dev teams everything they need to plan, build, and manage all of their projects, from product design and development through research and development. Toueg stated, “At Monday.com, we know what it takes to power innovative, solution-oriented workflows that enable teams across every department to prosper.
